Finalize

I will begin the initial design. We will work together and keep an open conversation to maintain your approval of the project and fine-tune the design to make it perfect.

Celebrate / Launch

It’s time to pop the champagne, cue the music and drop the confetti!!! After a few weeks of design, the launch day is here. We will provide you with the knowledge of running a sucessful website

Frequently Asked Questions

What Are Your Payment Terms?

When you approve our quote and choose to work with us to create your WordPress website, our payment terms are 50% deposit with the balance due 4 weeks later or upon delivery of the website, if sooner.

How Soon Can we start?

This depends on a few different things. We take a very limited number of custom website designs and branding per year to be sure I can put all my creativity into one project. After inquiring I will let you know my next available start date. In the meantime you can work on gathering inspiration, creating a Pinterest board, and writing the text you would like for your site.

Do You provide the text for my website?

Currently we do not offer copywriting, but I will happily connect you with someone who can work with us on that.

HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE?

The timeframe really depends on client response time – average we like to complete all our projects within 6 weeks for standard websites. This allows weekly slots for set-up and installation, configuring the content, testing, tweaking and lastly the launch phase.

What will you need from me?

At the beginning of your project, we’ll have an initial consultation to go over the details. Here I’ll explain exactly what I’ll need from you depending on the project. Please expect to have things like content for the website or branding material ready to go. That means ALL copywriting (the text of your project), ALL imagery or any other piece of material you wish to include. If you aren’t ready with your materials yet, the deadlines will be delayed and we will postpone your project.

I’ll also need your prompt feedback and responses during the process. In order to stay on track, I’ll need any approvals and revisions to be completed as quickly as possible.

Do you offer printing for our COLLATERAL

Of course! I can help you with printing and production of any of your print design items. Printing is quoted per request and is billed separately from your brand design project
